You could always try using flightless fruit flies.

Try to find some Blatta lateralis. They have really tiny babies.

Hey, do B. lateralis run around like crazy, or do they play dead like B. dubia do?  Some of my more reticent spiders can't seem to find dubia.

Super fast. Helps to chill them in the fridge for 20 mins, then they're easy.
