I started growing a few of these Mimosa pudica plants. They're a lot of fun. They fold up when you touch em!
I'll be bringing a few to the meeting to show and sell.  :D

I just watched a video on youtube entitled "harassing my mimosa plant" .... i actually felt sorry for the plant after a while but that is fascinating!

Haha! They are emo. I didn't bring any to the show but I will next time. They should be bigger by then and more fun to harass.

oh i love those, they grow wild near some volcanoes in hawaii! we went up there and spent about half an hour poking plants!

They didn't make through the frost last year. I have more seeds so I'll be keeping them inside this winter. The little sprouts start to move in just a week or so. It's pretty cool!
