We have a camping trip organized over at CRIS, and all SFBATS members are welcome to join us.

We'll be headed up to Pinecrest for herping and blacklighting, if anyone wants to join us, it should be fun.

Report and pics from the CRIS Sierras Herping/Bugging Trip!

This trip was a huge success! We had a blast, and it was great
to be out with everyone herping and bugging for the entire weekend.

Species found include:
Oregon garter snake
Redsided garter snake
Pond turtle
Foothill yellowlegged frogs
Roughskinned newts and assorted newt larvae
American toads
Gilbert's skinks
Northwestern and Sierra fence lizards
California kingsnakes
Pacific gophersnakes (1 was super gravid)
Northern Pacific rattlesnake
Mountain garter snakes
Sierra garter
Rubber boa
Sierra alligator lizards

Needless to say, It was a big hit! Thought i'd share. Thanks guys!
