Heres a wonderful place to spend the day seaching for T's, especailly near the creek. It can be done in a regular car, i used to drive it in my escort, but check the depth at the river crossing before you start across. shouldnt be a problem this time of year. Make sure to get gas at the highway because there aint none in the hills! You also have a good chance at seeing some Cali Condors, they had been released over at pinnacles but they prefer this hidden valley! The second shot was found near the creek area, Didnt make a very good hairpeice though!!! Hope you have fun !!!

Sounds like a good spot. I wonder if anyone if we can get a group together and go hiking there.

That is a pretty area to hike.  We camped at Pinnacles last year, but I didn't see any tarantulas there, just wild pigs!
