Personally I would add a few more holes, remember the screens that usually go on top of these enclosures have lots of ventilation.

or do you think I should just go with a screen top? When I bought it, it came with the top, so im not 100% attached to it :) do you think it will be ok over night?

Yes, she will be ok overnight.
How big is she again? the enclosure looks huge for her size.

maybe 3 inches, its Large critter keeper was just so cramped :( I'm just considering a screen top for max ventilation and a few screen clips, I treat both T's like I treat my son (my dog) part of the family so I worry a lil :), thats why I ask so many questions LOL. So what ya think? back into the critter keeper or screen top?

Personally I would change it to a screen top.
There are never too many questions to ask. We all started at some point and had the same quesitons you have.
Just ask away any time.

I'll go pick one up in the morning :) and thanks Lony! you guys have been great through the T learning process! everyone has been a huge help! Lil Marley seems to like the tank alot but again I keep finding it at the top so I can see (with your help!) just not enough ventilation! Thanks again Lony :)

That might not be the reason though. Sorry I did not really answer your question before. I was too much fixated on the screen.
How are you keeping the substrate?
If it is to moist that might be the reason why she is at the top.

its pretty dry, I have read so much about damp subtrate it scares me! I depend on the water bowl for humidity...is that right?

Update:
Marley dug in deep, I've never seen it do this, I got a little worried so I transfered Marley into it's old enclosure, it was much easier this time. I'm picking up a screen top tomorow, maybe it likes the smaller tank? Who knows but the thing is that no vent problems tonight!

She would have been fine. Digging is a good sign actually.
She has to get acclimated to her new enclosure.
