sling troubleits been three weeks since my B.smithi and L.parahybana stop eating i feed them small crickets and roaches. they tell me there in premolt my question is how long do they stay in premolt?

It all depends on how old they are.
Can you provide the approximate size of yours?

Brachys can be in pre-molt for a while :p
L. parahybana however can grow like weeds, though I can imagine if it's a larger T, the stage we call pre-molt can take longer between actual molt dates.

1 inch B.smithi 3/4 of a inch Lparahybana i only have ambient temp of 74 to 85 degrees sometimes it goes down to to 70 so i turn the heater on.

my b.smithi sling just stays still and i just check on the l.parahybana and found some web so iŽll see what happens this week, i really appreciate the help guys.they are my first so i really want to learn more about this little guys.

Don't worry if heir abdomen had a normal size.

I do not currently have any photos of a premolt L. parahybana.

L. para will benefit from having higher humidity ~70-80 during the molting process.
Your B. smithi, even at that size, can take months in pre-molt.
