Sept 15 BBQ/meetingHi, everybody! I have an idea. :idea: Was wondering if anyone wanted to do something different this time instead of a BBQ. Like, pizza and salad maybe? Or cold cuts/sandwiches? We can do the same thing as last time where everybody brings something. We would need to feed the kitty for pizza though.
I'm expecting the prototype t shirt to be done any day now(yesterday). As soon as I get it I will post pics of it here for you all to critique (gently) :roll: and offer ideas for changes if needed. Remember, this is just one artist air brushing a design on a shirt to give us something to go on. Has anybody considered using Matt's embroidered shirts for the SF BATS? We would just have to add whatever lettering we want.

Bummer, I have to be at my sister in Laws wedding that day, or I would be there. Yikes that is the second time for me to miss it. I would like a shirt though.....let me know if you have extras :evil:

We could order pizza and have everyone bring a certain salad fixing or dressing.It is easy enought to do this.We can take a collection and place the order at 12:-15-12:30 for a 1:00 delivery.Little Caesars has $5 pepperoni pizzas,which aren't bad for the price.

pizza is a great idea! i <3 pizza. Figure we can just as stated order pizza at the event by the # of peeps in attendance and just split the bill sort of thing.

I'm going to try and make it to this meeting. It basically depends on my hw load for that weekend. i've got 15units of upper division engineering classes and well that means s**t tons of hw. so if hw permiting i'll be there.

as of right now i'm planning to be at the meeting on the 15th. homework permitting.. i did ~22hrs this weekend of hw. so hopefully i'll see all you peeps on saturday!

and there will be Ice for all those other coffee-free fluids, but I don't know why you would need them :(

So if anyone would like to get rid of these little garden pests just flip over some rocks in the yard, turn over some leaves and throw them in a deli cup and bring them to the bug fest!
I'm trying to make a colony and I need as many as I can get! Really....not kidding...Gather enough of these little Helix aspersa and I'm sure I can find a little goody for ya!

Actually I heard there is more protein in a rasin-box sized box of crickets than in a 6 oz steak.. and you can buy them as muchies in the Davis entomology museum, how gross is that!

I ate a chocolate covered grasshopper once in a pet store in San Diego just to gross out my friend...and it was free if you ate it in the store...
...and I hear a handful of green Australian tree ants work great as birth control...another uck...
