I'm excited about this show! I might be volunteering there this year.  :D
The last show was GREAT! Lots of cool stuff!
BayLee

Yes, this was my first reptile show ever. I do remember it being very family friendly, lots of kids and great people.
Arachnocat

Anyone else going? I'll be there 4 sure!  :D
It's this saturday! Woohoo!
UglyKid2

I'll pobably see you there  Rachel . Are you still volunteering? In what capacity?
EdgarOrtega

I'll be there trying out my Halloween costume. I've decided to dress as Michael Phelps. Cheap costume, too; swim cap, googles, some rubber ears, and a speedo.

Doesn't look like I'll be volunteering this year. But I will be doin some shoppin  :D
Hoping to get some dart frogs or new T's.
See you guys there!
EdgarOrtega

Wow.. a whopping 15 vendors  :-? I hope I don't get lost in there.   :-P
UglyKid2

LMAO, you need to get your head straight after getting spoiled on the Anaheim show! They aint all like that  :D
Arachnocat

It's usually all corn snakes and geckos.  :-P
Ken will be there so there will be spidys this time (yay!!).
Now that I'm into snakes it will be more interesting. I'll probably just pick up some silkworms and stuff but who knows!

LOL, this was my first show I ever went to, so the next show in Sacramento looked huge to me.

Just go around the circle 5 times and it will look much larger to you after you have taken it all in.

Here's what I came home with from Petaluma and purchased from(who else?) KenTheBugGuy. I also got one of his cool fishing spiders. I love it! :-)

EdgarOrtega

Nice haul, John!

I was there and BayLee kept following me around telling me how hot I am. It got a little weird since she kept taking pictures.
BayLee

That is actually only half the story!
When I got to the show about 3:30 o’clock, Edgar was wrestling with the a python, screaming and sweating profusely. I was simply trying to free him.
Pretty soon after, he kept on following me around and telling me how grateful he was to have saved him from that monster.
Oh, he also begged me to buy him ice cream.Go figure!
This finally calmed him down!

Aw, sorry I missed you guys. I was there at 10 and out by 10:45. I thought I better take my frogs and run before I buy more stuff.
BTW, Jeremy from JL Exotics is awesome. I ordered some fruit flies from him yesterday because the pet stores around me ran out of fruit flies and there's a sudden shortage of small crickets. He didn't have the flies I wanted that were already producing so he's sending me what I ordered plus a container of producing flies for free! What a guy! Saved my froggies. I tried giving my frogs newborn dubia nymphs and pheonix worms but they just seemed a little confused by them.  :-P

Which picture is it? I am bad with identifying reptiles.

Great photos!  Can I have copies of the ones where Al has the Hisser in his mouth?  He's my boss, and he does that in classrooms all the time.  You should see how the kids react!

The Prehensile-tail skinks belonged to one of the members of BAARS.

I indulged too, and bought a new versicolor from Ken.   I was glad he was there and hope he comes back next year!

Rachel, don't run away so fast next time!  I could've told you I can arrange little crickets for you!

Thanks to everyone who came and supported us.  We're small, but we try to make it fun.   :D
