It was a good day!

We went flipping logs/boards at our favorite spot in Occidental this morning.

We found lots of these


Five or six of these


At least seven of these


Five of these


One family of these


One of these


One of these


Plus several gopher snakes, several ringneck snakes, one large garter snake, several voles, one skink, lots of termite larva, red ants, pill bugs, and one wolf spider.

very nice i particularly like the pacific giant and rubber boa.

and that's a HEALTHY alligator lizard

Been getting skunked by the snakes down here, but plenty of uta's and gators tho...

Wow! You gotta take me to these cool places some time! I can't find anything too interesting around my house. Just lots of slender salamanders and potato bugs.
