hello! (thats redundant, i guess!)
i have no idea what took me so long to join! i have been raising spiders, scorpions and other things since i was 19 (eek...its been like 15 years!) i only have 6 lil' spiders, and 2 millipedes right now which i am raising with my girlfriend and our crazy savannah cat! i am actually joining now, because i was reading something on the arachnoboards about some sort of upcoming local meeting!?! does anyone have info? (i dont mean to be presumptious, but i would love to attend!)

my interests include foreign and experimental cinema, basketball, and video games. i am currently employed at the san francisco museum of modern art, but i am changing my job soon and returning to the record and video industry. i used to run the 2 tower records stores out by fishermans wharf, so its kind of like going home for me! i look forward to being able to meet fellow enthusiasts and trade tips and tricks!

We have a bunch of great fun people that get together every three moths. We trade, exchange stories, laugh at UglyKid2, breed tarantulas, shoot photos of each other, pass snakes around etc.

Bring your family or friends with you as well.

i think me and my girlfriend will be attending! unfortunately i have been working so much at my new job i have been unable to contribute anything here or for the meeting, can i give a "donation" to the sfbats or the organizers?
(i dont know why i put "donation" in quotes. anyways, hopefuly i can give a donation to offset any of the costs you all have picked up. thanks for all your hard work!)
