Avatar Help?Suggestions on resizing pictures? When I use paint it has to be smaller than my pinkie nail before it's below 8KB.
Also, how come only moderators can read the Forum Rules thread?

Sorry, I am not sure if that part was suppose to be only for Moderators and Admin's. I changed it so all registered users can see it now. We really have not rules posted in there anyway.
I use different software to downsize pictures, however sometimes I need to do it several times. You can e-mail the original to me and I can try to see if I can change it so it won't look so small.
