The litte one was at Reptile Rescue until last week. They both are now with our friend Bonnie, who runs an animal education program, and has permits to keep them.
The little one came to the Rescue from Fish & Game. Someone tried to UPS it to an address here in the Bay Area, and they refused the package. Then the driver realized, that although it was NOT marked "live animal", that the box had something alive in it. The rest was history.
The other one Bonnie has had for a couple of years now.

NBHS meetings are always on the fourth (not the last, the fourth) Tuesday of the month, with the exception of meetings that fall too close to Thanksgiving or Christmas, and the meeting before the Bazaar. Meetings are always at Sonoma County *Wildlife* Rescue, with the exception of the July Potluck, November Potluck, and the Christmas party, which will be at Sonoma County *Reptile* Rescue.
Tonight's guest speaker had to cancel due to emergency health issues, and Jack asked Bonnie to bring a couple of the alligators and talk a little about alligators and crocodiles (she was coming to the meeting anyway, since she's the outgoing treasurer).
