Is anyone using ArachnoRecord on a Mac? I have what I believe to be the most recent version, and there seems to be a weird Java error in it: when a window opens for you to, for instance, enter a spider into inventory, the bottom of the window is off-screen, and there's no scroll bar. In other words, you can't get to all the information in the window, so it's worthless. And there's no green "fit to window" button in the windows it draws. Thoughts??

Not me, it should be working fine. Did you update your java?
Try to do that and open it again. It should work.

Yes, Java is running at its full version. Are you on an Intel machine, Lony? Because I am.

Nope, I am running on a AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core Processor 2.30 GHz
Vista 64 bit Operating system.
Did you download this from Tarantulas.us?

Well, that's, um, not a Mac. My problem is I am running it on a Mac. Yes, I got it via that site.

Paul, you should be able to run it on a mac as well. Let me do some reading quick, because I know other memebers had some issues there too.

Do you have Java ?
What you need to use it:
- Any operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Solaris)
- The latest version of Java Runtime Environment (get at www.java.com).
I can contact the person who wrote this program if you can still not open it and are having issues. Might take a few days, because he is not on T.us much at all.

(It's Peter, not Paul, by the way - but it happens all the time...)
Yes, I would be very interested to hear of any solutions because it seems like a nifty program which I'd like to start using. But until I can get a complete pop-up window to, for instance, enter species, it won't work right.

Peter, I am sorry this is the second time now I have gotten your name wrong. .
I am much better with numbers than names.
I apologize. I feel horrible.
I will e-mail the person and keep you updated as soon as I hear back from him.
