It's never too early to plan the next meeting. Do we want to use the same flyer as we did last April?
Also which Saturday works for everybody?
April 4th, 11th,18th, or 25th?

I think we need a new flyer. Maybe just update it a bit with some different colors and pics.
It would definitly be good to start planning now :-)
I'd like to find a cheap signmaker to make us some cool vinyl banners we can use at our meetings.

I agree, too, that a nice banner is a good idea. NBHS had their banner made at Fastsigns, but Rachel probably has better connections for stuff like that. _________________ The future belongs to no one.

That sounds great. Early planning is always a plus. Not to mention that we could even have a much bigger turn out. Maybe get a local Newspaper involved. Edgar seems to do a good job contacting them, maybe he can work on that once we know the date. I am looking forward to it. _________________ Visit me @Tarantulas.us

Rachel, maybe we should get a few quotes for the banners to see who can give us a good price. Let me know if you need help with obtaining them. _________________ Visit me @Tarantulas.us

I'll have to check some prices around here to see how much they cost. I would be willing to donate some money too. I'll compare prices and let you guys know what I find out.
