Grumbledog: Horrible Spider is looking good. I like those mysterious shots with the shadows and red lighting.

Joeseph: Your OBT looks so innocent there in the web cave. heheh I love your H. mac. It makes me want one even more. I love those naughty spiders with attitudes. :) Nice job!

HS molted today! She's even more beautiful now. I think it will be a while before she's ready to resume her modeling career, though.

Dicamptodon like cold creeks and can be flipped in or under objects near the water. Good luck! Here's a page with some habitat shots and info for the species in your range. Hope it helps.

That's really cool that you went down to do that. I love teaching kids about animals. There's a joy and unfiltered excitement and enthusiasm that is expressed by children that seems to be lost on some of us adults.
