Date is set for October 3rd, everyone.

Mark your calendars, and let's get to planning.

Fall Fang Fest 2009 is a go go.

Fall feels like pie time... who wants to bring pies?

Anyway, post your ideas for planning, and such, for our fall meeting, here.

And right off the bat (pun not intended) here comes ME reserving a booth

I am not entirely sure exactly what I will bring but one full table should do it. Are we still just doing 'reserves' or did we/should we decide on charging for booths?

By the way I'm bringing the big centipede for a handling demo (not meant to be a demo of "handling pedes" though, more like just a demo of my stupidity   )

Pie sounds REALLY good...maybe I'll try to bring a pumpkin pie. I eat that stuff year-round.

Hey, does anyone have a good pic of a T rearing up showing it's fangs? I thought that might be cool to put on the flyer!

I saw a few on iStock did a search for Tarantula fangs,  for photos only. If you see one that will work , post the link and I'll purchase it I have a few extra credits I can donate :)

Jeez I just realized I have hardly any good pics of threat poses! I get threatened daily too

Well here is what I have:

A bit of photoshopping should clean it up, if not I'll go tick off (aka remove lid) my E. murinus real quick; she always gives nice ones...
